The Algemene Voorwaarden Coolwin (‘AVCO’) apply additionally (so in case of conflict between the DFC and the AVCO, the DFC prevail); to view the AVCO, click here. In respect of transport, Coolwin always act in capacity of freight forwarding agent (‘expediteur’ as referred to in art. 8:60 of the Dutch Civil Code).
